Parnes Feinstein was established in 1948 by partners Aaron Parnes and Aaron Feinstein. The company made dresses, suits, and ensembles and they catered to the specialty shop trade. In the early 1960s the designer at Parnes Feinstein was Mort Mogel. The founders sold the business in 1989 and it was still open in the early 1990s.
