The Vintage Fashion Guild™ (VFG) is an international community of people with expertise in vintage fashion. VFG members enjoy a wealth of resources, avenues for promoting their shops and specialties, and camaraderie with others who share a common interest and passion.
The National Recovery Board was a trade organization that came about in order to assure that garments were made in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards. The label assured consumers that the garment was made by workers who were not working excessive hours and who were being paid a fair hourly wage. This label is seen from 1936 until 1972.
