Lucie Ann lingerie was founded in 1947 by Lucie Ann Onderwyzer (1913-1988). She became renowned for her extensive use of nylon tricot peignoirs trimmed with marabou. Based in Beverly Hills, California, her lingerie found favor with the stars, and was featured in the TV series Green Acres, being worn by star Eva Gabor. After Onderwyzer’s death, the business was sold, and the label changed to Lucie Ann II. This line is still in production.
