Thunderbird was established around 1946 by Jack Mims in Prescott, Arizona. The company consisted of Thunderbird Fashions, Thunderbird Shirt Sales and Prescott Sportswear. The company produced “Western” fashions: dresses and jackets that had a Native American flavor. Thunderbird was in business at least until 1969.
