The Vintage Fashion Guild™ (VFG) is an international community of people with expertise in vintage fashion. VFG members enjoy a wealth of resources, avenues for promoting their shops and specialties, and camaraderie with others who share a common interest and passion.
(1938 – 1994) Don Simonelli attended the Parsons School of Design. Upon graduation, he worked as a designer for one of the many St. Louis junior dress houses. In 1965 he began designing for various New York firms, including Anne Klein (he designed the Studio line), Modelia, P.R.L. and Herbert Grossman. By the late 1970s, he was doing free-lance design work. In 1992, Simonelli and his wife Caroline started their own label.
