Miss Sun Valley was a Canadian clothing manufacturer and its president, Morris Watkin (1908-1974), was its designer and creative force. We are unsure exactly when Miss Sun Valley began, but ads for their clothing have been found as early as 1956. Examples of their stylish clothing and advertisements show they had a preference for using natural fibers in their ready-to-wear lines of coordinating separates. Records show Danbury Auctions sold Miss Sun Valley’s assets in September of 1976.
