Joan Miller Juniors was a clothing line produced by the Rhea Manufacturing Company of Milwaukee. The Rhea Manufacturing company first made bloomers and aprons when they opened in 1918.

The Joan Miller clothing line began by 1940. Rhea also produced the juniors clothing lines Petti and June Bentley. The Bentley line was produced in the 1940s only. The Miller line continued until 1960.

By 1965 Rhea had become the Glen Manufacturing Company. Glen continued to produce the Petti line.

Liz Claiborne briefly worked for Rhea in the 1950s.
