Hat Band Ribbon

Hat band ribbon goes around and decorates the exterior crown of a hat. It is usually made of grosgrain ribbon, but can also be a lightweight fabric.

Hat bands can be any color or width, and are sometimes embellished with feathers, rhinestones, or other trim. They are found on a wide variety of brimmed hats but are most common on boaters, fedoras, pork pie hats and sun hats.
