The Vintage Fashion Guild™ (VFG) is an international community of people with expertise in vintage fashion. VFG members enjoy a wealth of resources, avenues for promoting their shops and specialties, and camaraderie with others who share a common interest and passion.
Alberta Feretti (b.1950) began as a fashion buyer in 1966. She formed her own company in 1975, producing her own designs, and she showed her first collection in Milan in 1981. Around 2000 she began manufacturing not only her own fashion line but also those of Narciso Rodriguez and Jean-Paul Gaultier. Today she is one of Italy’s most powerful businesswomen.
