The Vintage Fashion Guild™ (VFG) is an international community of people with expertise in vintage fashion. VFG members enjoy a wealth of resources, avenues for promoting their shops and specialties, and camaraderie with others who share a common interest and passion.
Charles and Patricia Lester work out of their studio in Abergavenny, Wales (established, 1964). Dyed and printed by hand, luxurious fabrics are pleated in a process exclusive to the Lesters, reminiscent of Fortuny. The fabric then becomes one of their romantic modern gowns, accessories, home art pieces or costumes. The couple have also branched into designing for opera and television.
