Dana Buchman is a contemporary designer of women’s wear. She attended the Rhode Island School of Design and St. Martin’s School of Art in London. Buchman began working at Liz Claiborne in 1982, where she was given her own label in 1987. In 2008, the line was licensed to Kohl’s, and Buchman left the design business to run a non-profit that benefits low-income children with learning disabilities.
